Product Description
The belt carcass of this product is EP fabric (D.S. EP or CC56) of high modulus, low shrink, and high breaking tensile strength. Cover rubber of this product uses SBR, CR, EPDM rubber or Chloroprene rubber that has very good high temperature resistance. The belt is made with extra care after mixing rubber with high temperature resistant materials, assembling and vulcanizing.
The carcass of this product has very high adhesion after the special treatment of coating and shaping. Under normal working temperature of below 180℃, the belt is low in elongation, excellent in anti abrasion, and can bear 250℃ (in the cooling condition, 300℃-600℃) high temperature for a short time. The belt is suitable for use in cement, metallurgical and steel industry.

Classify by Structure:
Type 1: Same as general use conveyor belt, composed of carcass and cover rubber on top and bottom sides.
Type 2: With an additional insulation layer between rubber cover and carcass.
Classify by Heat Resistant Degree:
Type T1: To stand a testing temperature≤100°C;
Type T2: To stand a testing temperature≤125°C;
Type T3: To stand a testing temperature≤150°C;
Type T4: To stand a testing temperature≤175°C.

Descripción
La carcasa de la cinta transportadora resistente al calor es tela EP (D.S. EP o CC56) de alto módulo, bajo encogimiento y alta resistencia a la rotura. El caucho de cubierta de este producto utiliza caucho SBR, CR, EPDM o caucho de cloropreno que tienen muy buena resistencia a altas temperaturas. La cinta transportadora resistente al calor está hecha con mucho cuidado después de mezclar caucho con materiales resistentes a altas temperaturas, ensamblar y vulcanizar.
La carcasa de cinta transportadora resistente al calor tiene una adhesión muy alta después del tratamiento especial de revestimiento y conformación. Bajo una temperatura de trabajo normal de menos de 180 ℃. La cinta transportadora resistente al calor tiene un alargamiento bajo, excelente resistencia a la abrasión y puede soportar una temperatura alta de 250 ℃ (en condiciones de enfriamiento, 300℃ -600 ℃) por un corto tiempo. La cinta transportadora es adecuada en la industria del cemento, la metalurgia y el acero.

Clasificar Por Estructura:

Clasificar Por Grado Resistente Al Calor:
Tipo T1: para soportar una temperatura de prueba ≤100 ℃;
Tipo T2: para soportar una temperatura de prueba≤125 ℃;
Tipo T3: para soportar una temperatura de prueba ≤150 ℃;
Tipo T4: para soportar una temperatura de prueba ≤ 175 ℃.
